Refunds
To request a refund, contact us at info@roseyravelston.com within 30 days of receiving your books. If your request for a refund is approved, we'll issue the refund through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the book is damaged or if you receive the wrong book, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that all our second-hand books list their current condition on the relevant product page, so please check that information before making a purchase.
