Diary of a Provincial Lesbian

Margaret is the heroine of 'Diary of a Provincial Lesbian'.

She is approaching middle age but considers herself happy within her ten year relationship with Georgie. One Christmas Georgie gives her the classic, 'Diary of a Provincial Lady', accompanied by a new diary for the following year and the instructions to see if she can write something equally amusing.

Unfortunately, unrealised by Margaret, their relationship is on the verge of collapse and the new diary although often very funny also chronicles tragedy. Small town life is the context for this romantic and very funny novel.

Also friendship and affection which can often last longer than a more passionate relationship.
