Keep It Quiet

Eighties poetry (and prose poems) by Sydney feminist poet Pamela Brown. The collection was published by the company Sea Cruise Books set up by fellow poet Anna Couani.

Although the publication date says 1987, it was not in fact published until 1988, forcing publisher and author to distance themselves from the nationalist hoopla of the Bicentenary of white settlement with the statement ‘This book is not a Bicentennial project’ on the inside cover.
