A month as a GP in rural South Australia can't be that hard – or can it? 

Meghan Kimble is finally following her dream of working as a country GP.  Her first stop is remote Magpie Creek, and as the new girl in town she's attracting more than her fair share of attention. 

The whole community has been waiting for someone like Meghan, but no one is more interested than forthright farmer Sean Ashby, who's not shy about making his intentions known. 

Meghan is determined to keep her mind on the job, but in such a tiny town it proves impossible to separate business from pleasure . . . and from pain.
