Following in the footsteps of the Russian writer Ivan Turgenev through Germany, France and finally Russia, author Robert Dessaix talks to his readers not just about this superb novelist and his books, but about his own growing kinship with Turgenev over the years and his lifelong passion for Russia, where Dessaix spent some of his student years.
