Robert Theobald has been part of the movement toward fundamental change for the past fifty years, he continues to operate on the leading edge, arguing that only radical shifts in our thinking can prevent massive breakdowns in the world's cultures.

Most of Theobald's lifetime work has been in the United States, where the Encyclopaedia of the Future recognised him as one of the top ten living futurists. He is a frequent visitor to Australia and has hosted two series on ABC Radio National: The Future of Work and The Healing Century, both drew an extraordinary response from listeners.
