Ebenezer Scrooge is a miserly and mean-spirited old man who hates family, coworkers, and strangers alike. But on Christmas Eve he receives a visit from the ghost of his dead business partner, Jacob Marley.

Marley warns Scrooge that unless he learns to be kinder Scrooge will face an awful fate.

Visited in turn by three ghosts, Scrooge is shown his past, present and future, and learns the error of his ways.

Distraught, Scrooge begs for another chance, and suddenly wakes in his own bed. Will the experience change him?
